"And it is kind of cool that they have animal traps."

The Akron Beacon Journal reports on some unusual items that customers can check out at the Canal Fulton Public Library:
Along with books, magazines and movies, you can find animal-safe traps at the library. And a sewing machine, 10-by-10-foot canopy tent, stud finder, telescope, overhead projector, CD player, digital camera and soon an electronic wallpaper stripper. (Years ago there was a guitar, metal detector and ventriloquist's dummy, too, but nobody knows what happened to them.)
This innovative collection was the creation of former director Thomas Brownfield, and current director Sandra Murphy is committed to keeping and expanding the collection.
